Our Application Team

Our skilled team of licensed applicators will first measure your roof to determine the amount of product needed to treat the area, and asses the problem spots that will need to be pre-treated. The usual culprits are old asphalt and hot tar patches, seams that have split, areas around pipes and HVAC units, and any areas where water has ponded in the past. These areas get extra attention.

After pre-treating these areas, the applicators will spray on the first of two coats of the GBS "Great Bitumen Sealer." THis is a thin-yet-tough bitumen coat that effectively seals any obvious (and also hidden) cracks in the roof surface.

After curing, your application team can apply our amazing Cool-Flex T-1 reflective roof coating. This also takes two coats, but sprays on thinly and evenly. The T-1 is amazingly flexible and tough, so it moves and shifts with your roof, resisting the risk of cracks and fissures in the surface. The T-1 is loaded with a high amount of white titanium, making it incredibly reflective of the sun's heat, leaving the inside of your building up to 10° cooler, reducing your energy bills and making it much more cofortable.

That's it! There is no hammering, no messy tear-offs, no nails, no flaming torches and no hot tar. Just a clean, white, seamless roof surface that will protect your building for years to come!
